Overview: The site is located in downtown Pensacola opposite the Anchor Court Reporting Building. The building was located in the “Governmental Business District” and had to obtain approval from the City of Pensacola Architectural Review Board, or ARB, prior to being permitted. Components of the new facility included a large conference/deposition rooms, 12 lawyer offices, 12 paralegal offices, a legal library, a large workroom/production area, reception, waiting, toilet facilities, break room, and elevator.
