Rachel Vargas, a graduate from the University of West Florida, has a B.S.B.A. in Comprehensive Marketing and a Minor in Management, along with a Certificate in Internet Marketing and a Certificate in Sales Managment. She joined the administrative staff of HHMA in July 2009.
