Mr. Holland has 27 years of experience in the design of various public and private facilities. During the past 18 years, he has primarily focused on designs for government facilities and has been Project Manager for over 150 projects for the U.S. Navy and 23 projects for the U.S. Postal Service. These projects include renovation, additions, repairs and alterations, and new construction.
Designs include:
- Repairs to Fund Housing, Whiting Pines, NAS Whiting Field, FL
- Addition/Alteration to Youth Center, Patrick AFB, FL
- Repairs/Renovations to BOQ and BEQ, NAS Whiting Field, FL
- Interior/Exterior Renovations to Consolidated Club, NAS Whiting Field, FL
- Interior and Exterior Renovations to MWR Offices, NAS Whiting Field, FL.
Mr. Holland has also been Project Manager for two renovation/repair projects at Pensacola Junior College, with construction costs of $1.5 million each, a $2.25 million project to renovation hurricane-damaged Island Echos Condominiums, and a new $4 million hotel on Pensacola Beach.
His education background includes: Auburn University, 1976 with a Bachelor of Architecture (Design) and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design. Mr. Holland has an active registration as an architect with the Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas and Mississippi; NCARB and Interior Design in Florida. His affiliations include Vice President, Board of Directors, Clean and Green and a member of the Society of American Military Engineers.
