Michelle Mazzola

Operations Director

Michelle Mazzola leads the architectural operations administration at Heffernan Holland Morgan Architecture. Her professional experience includes a Master of Science of Administration from the University of West Florida, specializing in Human Performance Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. She is a member of the International Society for Performance Improvement and the American Society for Training & Development.
