Mr. Fuller has been an associate with Heffernan Holland Morgan since 1999. He assisted in the design and production of the construction documents for numerous educational and military facilities in Escambia, Okaloosa and Walton counties in Florida as well as Gulfport Mississippi. Mr. Fuller, a Registered Roof Consultant, is a member of the Roof Consultants Institute (RCI), and has been serving as Secretary of the Florida Chapter Panhandle Branch - RCI for the past 3 years.
